Food safety and quality are what drives us to be the best. Striving for the highest standards in FSSC 22000 certification which is recognised as the international leader in the food industry and recognised and endorsed by the Global Food Safety Initiative to effectively manage the organisation’s food safety responsibilities.
We also ensure that we comply to all the local regulations and legislation enabling us to supply to local and international markets. We are audited annually by a third party to ensure that we comply to these stringent international food safety standards and our Food Safety Management System is the living proof of this. Our goal to supply ‘safe food’ from farm to fork.
We ensure that we bring in only the best quality eggs for processing. Eggs are brought in from our own farms and all external farms that supply us are audited in line with our Food Safety Management System to ensure that we receive the best quality to further process. These external suppliers will undergo their own audit in their own facilities from an independent third party auditor before any product is sent to us.
All products supplied by us have their own unique specification, their own Certificate of Analysis and are all microbiologically tested prior to being dispatched. Products are made to customer requirements and are Halaal certified.
