Fresh Egg Yolk needs an additive of +- 10% salt or sugar in order to be frozen, and has a shelf life of up to 1 year. Egg yolk is a specialised product and has the advantage to customers that no egg whites are wasted. Our Egg Yolk product is packed into a 5L bottle and packaged into a 4 x 5 L box or alternatively a 20L food grade liner with an easy to use pourer spout. As with all our products, they are then packed into boxes with holes cut into them that allow for easy freezing and packing. Please Refer to product specifications below on pack size etc.
